Rugby Borough Councillor for Revel & Binley Woods

Belinda is the Shadow Portfolio Holder for Finance and Performance, and has previously served as Vice Chair of the Licensing & Safety Committee and a member of the Planning Committee.

Belinda was Mayor of Rugby in 2017/18.

Belinda lives in Monks Kirby and is well-known in her community.
