Councillor Howard Roberts

Councillor Howard Roberts is the Borough Councillor for Dunsmore Ward and the County Councillor for Dunsmore & Leam Valley.

Howard is also the cabinet member for  Environment and Public Realm.

Councillor Deepah Roberts

Councillor Deepah Roberts is the Borough Councillor for Dunsmore Ward.

Deepah is now a member of the Environment and Growth Scrutiny Committee (formerly Whittle), Appeals Committee and Licensing and Safety.

Deepah has also been elected Deputy Mayor for 2019-2020.

Local Groups Gain Grants

Cllr. Howard Roberts in his role of County Councillor for the Dunsmore Division has supported Ryton Star FC and Ryton Conservation Trust in this years round of his County Councillors grant fund.

Dunsmore Councillor Howard Roberts has unveiled World War One Centenary benches in honour of those residents from Ryton-on-Dunsmore who died during the Great War.

"Many residents will have noticed that finally the old Crazy Daisy’s nightclub site, which for many years had been a burnt down Chinese restaurant, has been cleared. Seven new houses will be placed on the site."
